The fabric held up great through the soak and didn't drip all over the car on the way home, which was a pleasant surprise. My pup wore it for the whole last mile of our hike and definitely seemed less pantery when we hit the summit.

Soaked it in a stream before our last hike and it kept my pup noticeably cooler for the whole two miles to the summit. The tie stays snug without choking him, even when he's pulling on the leash.

My dog looks ridiculous and adorable in this thing for summit photos, and the soaked fabric actually feels noticeably cooler against my hand after a few minutes on the trail. It's held up through three hikes and a river swim without fraying.
