Soaked it for a few minutes before our summit push and the fabric stayed damp and cool for a solid hour. My pup seemed noticeably more comfortable on the final rocky stretch, and it didn't slip or bunch once tied properly.

Used this on a sweltering afternoon hike and the difference was real. The bandana stayed damp for a surprisingly long time, and my pup actually seemed more comfortable on the trail. Definitely earned its spot in my summit-day kit.
