The double-clip setup is a lifesaver when I’m tied to a park bench with my coffee in one hand and the leash in the other. The carabiner’s gate opens wide enough to hook onto thick chair arms without any fumbling, and it locks tight so there’s zero worry about a sudden jerk.

The locking mechanism is smooth and clicks in securely, so I trust it when I double-clip the leash to the table leg at the dog park café. It’s small and light enough to toss in my jacket pocket, which makes the extra backup easy to always have on hand.

Usually I just clip the leash to my backpack and hope for the best, but having this second carabiner for double clipping means I can actually relax with my coffee outside. The lock is easy to flip even with one hand while holding the leash.
