Fireweed Ultralight Smycz

Three and a half ounces is no joke — I barely notice it on my belt until my dog hits the end of it. The one-inch weave feels way tougher than it looks for something this light, and after a month of daily walks the stitching hasn't budged.

Clipped this to my harness for a week of trail runs and barely noticed the weight, even on the climbs. The 1-inch width still gives me plenty to grab when my dog lunges, and the weave has held up fine against rocks. Six feet is the sweet spot for letting her sniff without tripping me.

Three and a half ounces sounds like nothing until you clip it on and forget it's even there on a six-foot walk. The one-inch width still gives me a solid grip when my dog lunges, so it's light without feeling flimsy.
