Bandana Canyon

The soak-and-tie method worked exactly as promised on our last trail day—our pup didn't stop panting after a water break near the creek. The fabric dried out pretty quick, but it was enough to keep her comfortable for the final mile up. Definitely grabbing another for our second dog.

Soaked it in a stream before our last summit push, and the bandana stayed cool for a good chunk of the descent—my dog was noticeably less panty on the switchbacks.

Mine’s a notorious puddler, so the soak-and-tie trick finally made sense—within ten minutes of wearing it after a creek dip, she stopped panting and actually trotted ahead on the switchbacks. The fabric held the chill way longer than I expected, maybe a solid half hour. Worth the pack weight for the
