Tying this around my pup’s neck after a quick soak made our midday walk way more comfortable for her—the plaid pattern even stayed cute while she panted. The cooling really does take the edge off when the sun’s beating down.

We hit the trail on a hot afternoon and I soaked it in water like the listing said—the cooling effect lasted longer than I expected, and my pup didn’t pant nearly as much on the climb. The plaid looks sharp in our summit selfies, too.

The plaid pattern got us compliments at the trailhead, but the real win was how soggy-cool the fabric stayed around her neck for a solid hour. She actually trotted instead of panting on that last uphill stretch, which made the soak-and-tie prep totally worth it.
