The tightly woven polyester web feels sturdy but barely weighs anything on my dog's neck, and the 1-inch width still gives me a good grip when she pulls. After a few weeks of daily walks and muddy hikes it's holding up great.
Swapped my old bulky collar for this one and my dog seems way more comfortable on walks now. The woven polyester web is surprisingly tough for how thin and light it is, and the 1-inch width still feels sturdy. Zero irritation on his neck after a full day at the park.
I honestly forget I have this collar on my dog half the time, it's that light. The tightly woven polyester web still feels sturdy enough for our trail runs, no fraying after a couple months.
