Šátek Rodeo

My cattle dog runs hot even in the shade, so I soaked this and tied it on before our morning walk. The fabric stayed damp for a good two hours and she seemed noticeably less panty by the time we hit the summit.

Took this on a hot hike last weekend and the wet fabric really did seem to help my pup cool down between water breaks. The tie stayed snug the whole way to the summit without chafing, and it dried fast enough to toss back on for the descent.

The pattern on this one is perfect for trail photos — my pup got a ton of compliments at the summit. It stayed damp for a good couple of hours after I soaked it, and he didn't try to paw it off like he does with most bandanas.
