Our 70-pound labrador pulls like a freight train on hikes, and this rope collar hasn't frayed or stretched an inch after three months of daily use. The rock climbing rope hardware feels solid and secure, even when he lunges after squirrels.

The rope weave is tight and smooth, so it doesn't snag on my dog's fur the way her old collar did. Hardware feels solid enough that I don't worry about it popping open on a hard pull. She's worn it through three muddy hikes already and it still looks brand new.

My dog drags me through brush and mud on every hike, and this collar still looks brand new after three months. The rope is thick and the hardware hasn't budged a millimeter, even when he lunges after squirrels.
